Road cutting machine use tutorial

Before use:

1. When the road cutting machine is delivered to you, first check whether the screws between the engine and the fuselage are tightened, because the screws are prone to loosening during transportation. Install the unassembled parts, water tank connected to the water pipe, rocker handle, saw blade, etc.
2. Check whether there is leakage in the power supply and wiring, confirm the power specifications of the cutting machine, and ensure that the power interface meets the voltage and frequency requirements of the cutting machine.
3. Before starting the machine, the water tank should be filled with water; when working, the water pipe switch should be turned on in time to spray water on the saw blade for cooling.
4. Check the engine oil. Be careful not to start the machine without oil, which is prone to cylinder pulling.
5. Check the saw blade fastening screws, cover the safety cover, check whether the saw blade rotation direction is consistent with the direction marked on the protective cover, turn on the main switch to start the cutting machine before use, and test it for a few turns without load to confirm safety. Wait until the cutting blade reaches the normal speed before starting cutting.
When using:
1. Start the engine. Adjust the throttle after the engine starts. It should be in idle state before working. When working, open the throttle to the maximum.
2. Open the water outlet valve to let the water flow out along the cutting blade to reduce dry grinding and increase the service life of the cutting blade.
3. Slowly rotate the manual crank to make the cutting blade slowly contact the cutting surface. After cutting to the required depth, lock the manual crank and push it forward and backward manually. A little force can speed up the cutting speed when pushing. Remember not to use too much force, which is easy to cause the saw blade to break and the engine shaft to break.
4. The saw blade should leave the ground before cutting. After the saw blade is running normally, the hand wheel should be slowly rotated to make the machine head fall. When the saw blade cutter reaches the specified depth, it can be pushed forward. At this time, the guide rod should be lowered first to make the guide wheel touch the ground.
5. When cutting, the eyes should be fixed on the guide wheel to grasp the cutting direction. Push the push handle with both hands to make the guide wheel move along the predetermined cutting line to ensure the straightness of the incision.
6. Hands and feet are not allowed to approach rotating parts during operation.
7. The engine shall not be overspeeded. When the engine is overheated, it should be stopped after idling.
8. During the operation of the cutting machine, always pay attention to whether the machine has any abnormal phenomena. If abnormal vibration sounds or loose parts are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and maintenance.
After use:
1. After use, turn off the water source switch in time, turn off the cutting machine, and cut off the power supply.
2. Be sure to clean the air filter in time after use or before the next use to avoid cylinder liner wear and increase fuel consumption.
3. Clean the dust of the bearing in time after use to increase service life and reduce future fuel consumption.
4. Change the engine oil regularly. If it is not used for a long time, replace it with new engine oil when using it.
