Common faults in the operation of trowel machines and how to solve them

There are some key points in the use of trowel machines, such as holding the handrails firmly and adjusting the balance screw so that the machine body has a good balance. 1. Black smoke is emitted when the trowel machine is working: it may be due to excessive oil filling, in which case some oil needs to be drained; it may also be due to severe wear of the piston ring, in which case a new piston ring needs to be replaced. In addition, there may be impurities in the engine oil, so good quality engine oil should be used.
2. The trowel engine works normally but cannot drive the trowel disc: the belt is too long or the belt model is wrong.
3. The trowel machine cannot rotate normally: the blade is deformed, and a new blade can be replaced; the motor bearing is damaged, and the motor bearing can be replaced; the motor bracket is not fixed properly, and it should be adjusted and the motor bracket should be fixed.
