How to use and troubleshoot the fully automatic steel bar bending machine

I. Machine operation

1. Set the power switch and adjust the power supply voltage and frequency.
2. According to the size of the steel bar or stirrup to be processed, open the machine cover, put the steel bar or stirrup into the steel rod clamping device, place the steel bar or stirrup on the positioning frame according to the processing requirements, and adjust the appropriate processing length.

II. Parameter setting

III. Common fault handling
1. The machine cannot start
Reason: power failure, loose power line, power button failure.
Solution: Check the power supply, tighten the loose power line, and replace the faulty power button.
2. The bending angle is not suitable
Reason: inaccurate setting parameters, inadequate adjustment of the clamping device or positioning frame.
Solution: reset the parameters and adjust the clamping device or positioning frame.
3. Unstable machine operation
Reason: The machine has not been maintained or cleaned, the friction of mechanical parts is too large, and the protective cover is loose.
Solution: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine, add lubricating oil, check whether the mechanical parts are tight, and adjust the protective cover.
